Time for leaving...

Time to said good bye!!! It’s also time for me to move on to another chapter of my career.
It has been great passed 2 years I always remember we did play and work hard together also we took every challenge that company assigned to us.

Thanks for everything. It has been a pleasure working with you all.

Resignation

Finally, I have decided to resign... Before I tender my resign letter, I was wondering what my superior will say to me, will she asks me to stay? will she counter offer me? or... alot of questions pop up on my mind...

A deep breath before enter her room... and passed the white letter to her... surprisingly, she doesnt said much to me, even she encourged me to leave this company! O_O!!! Well... I'm feel release now... at least she doesnt complain abt my job performance. hehehe...

Also, another big surprise after I tendered my letter, my dear superior has tendered her resign letter same week as mine, earlier than me 1 day. Now, some of the colleagues asked me whether both of us 'jump' to another company together or not. Siao! but explain also no use... the management wont trust us now.

Looking forward to new life= new family, new house, new job, new hair style, new clothes, new colleagues, new friends, new superior, new boss, new workstation...

How to survive?

Due to economic is bad... my company have terminated 20% of staff since last few months ago. Althought i'm not in the list... but i saw the 'situation' happened to my dear + very close colleagues... they leave me one by one... some of the colleagues even try to 'physco' us to tender resign letter and leave together with them ASAP, becoz since company is so 'wu qing'! SIAO! no compensation, what for to leave with them who in the list?!!

I feel very sad on that time... many things happened at that month, also 1st time saw those 'actors and actress' in the management level who can win the Oscar Award, and acting like nothing happen at all during the meeting. *clap clap clap*

Some of the workload fall under me... Life getting very difficult... confirmed 'boh increment and bonus' liao... sad... :-(

After few mths, i'm considering whether i shld stay in the current company or move on to new company? maybe i can treat the new offer as an 'increment' to me.

Inflation

1) 'Our findings since Malaysia's petrol increased for 40%, its resulted increased 30% of criminal cases happened in whole Malaysia on June.' says Federal CID director Commissioner Datuk Mohd Bakri Zinin .

2) Malaysia's government announced that 'postponed' the projects in Penang, and Najib mentioned that need to help the poor people as priority. Penang ppls, how do you feel now? feel regret on voted wrong in the election? Or feel angry? I want to ask- Rail way stations and 2nd Penang bridge in Penang Island not consider helping the poor people?! Many Penang ppls are not affort to purchase a car but they are forced to have car/ motorbike due to poor public transport system in Penang. Means that all Penang people are rich?! Most of the Penang ppls can not tahan the traffic in Penang Island, especially the Penang Bridge. How Penang ppls can survive in Penang? How to attact the tourist to visit Penang again?

3) Pak Lah did mentioned that after increased the petrol, the government will study on how to help Malaysian. After these statements as above was published in newspaper, most of KL areas (DBKL) started to build the coin machines for collect the parking fees... RM0.50 per hour, if working 9 hours per day = RM5 per day parking fees. RM5 x 20 working days = RM100. Another additional living expenses, RM100 per month!!!

4) In order to motivate the Malaysian's athletes who participate in Beijing 2008, Pak Lah stated that for those achived gold plate will receive RM1million as a reward. During the parliment, he said that cut costs on the expenses in each govenment sectors, there said will be given a big award to athlete who won in Olympic...
You really make me confuse on your statement!
